American games developer Encore Software has announced the launch of its popular Hoyle Casino 2008 game as a digital download in a bid to access both PC and Mac markets over the Internet.
Available online from MacGameStore.com, the best-selling casino game of all time consists of 600 variations of 16 of the most popular casino games for under $20 with a free online Universal Binary demo also now available.
Encore stated that Hoyle Casino 2008 is set in a realistic Las Vegas environment and features online Texas Hold ‘em, baccarat, blackjack, craps, Caribbean stud poker and keno among others. The game requires Mac OS X 10.4.11 or later, a 600 MHz PowerPC G3 or better, 256 MB RAM, one GB of hard drive space and 32 MB VRAM.
