American Players Have Easy Access To Legal Sites

PressMyBet.com provides lists of sites that US gamblers can play on legally

Monday 21st April 2008

A list of online casinos still accepting US players has been published by PressMyBet.com, allowing those Americans frustrated at the 2006 Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act to seek out their riches legally.

The Act, passed in October 2006, prevents US players from accessing many online gambling sites, most prolifically PartyGaming, whose shares plummeted in the aftermath.

However, PressMyBet.com have provided a helpful list which includes reviews and information about dozens of sites still accepting US players, including more than 20 online casinos.

PressMyBet also give information about casino playability, deposit methods and accessing monies, as well as details and reports about bonuses, jackpots and other promotions.

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 has been met with protest by many professional and amateur gamblers alike.

In the run-up to the US Presidential elections, Senator Barack Obama has strongly hinted he feels voters should decide whether or not they can gamble. Senator Obama represents the US Democratic Party, the main rivals to the Republican Party who passed the act in 2006.
