Even though the 2008 WSOP is already under way there are still a number of last minute seats up for grabs, with Poker leader Bodog looking to offload 5 seats on Sunday 8th June via their 5 Seats Guaranteed WSOP Tournament. So are these the last seats at the WSOP table? Is this the last chance saloon?
The $12,000 WSOP packages have already proved to be massive crowd pullers over the last few weeks but as the excitement of WSOP has already started, this weekends tournaments may be as competitive as they get. The packages consist of a $10,000 WSOP main event seat (starting on the 3rd July), $2,000 cash for travel and accommodation, Bodog merchandising pack, an invite to the Team Bodog Welcome Party (worth winning by itself!) and access to a number of Bodog Poker Member Only Events.
All in all Bodog has pulled out the stops for this one and fully expect to be swamped on Sunday as Poker players from around the world dream of competing in the big game, the ultimate challenge. While many sites have been quiet over the last few weeks, companies such as Bodog have used WSOP to push themselves back into the main arena, pulling in a large number of new players over the last few weeks. It seems as though that heavy investment into WSOP seats has more than paid off.
