Canadian virtual bingo software provider Parlay Entertainment Incorporated has been nominated for two awards at the upcoming inaugural Online Bingo Awards.
The Awards will take place in conjunction with the annual Online Bingo Summit in London on June 17 and 18 and Parlay has been nominated in the Best Online Bingo Software category for its Parlay 4 platform. In addition, the Ontario firm has been tabled for the Best Online Bingo Innovation gong for its patent-pending BingoBets side game. A panel of seven recognised industry experts selected the categories along with the nominees for each award.
The Parlay 4 bingo platform was the first software to introduce tabbed components, a larger chat area, auto-purchase and multiple ways to select bingo cards. In addition, it also introduced the world's first bingo side game, BingoBets, which allows players to place up to nine wagers on every game.
'The bingo awards are in recognition of the phenomenal growth of the online bingo industry and an acknowledgement of the key players that aspire to be the best of the best and stand out from the rest,” said Steve Cook, Managing Director for Parlay.
“At Parlay, we continually strive to provide innovation on a quality software platform for our customers. Launching BingoBets is another example that we are meeting the needs of our licensees.'
Whether Parlay wins or not will be decided by the more than 250 delegates expected to attend the third annual event.
