Aidan O'Brien will maintain his stranglehold on British horse flat racing's major events next year, it has been predicted.
According to William Hill, horses from the Irishman's Ballydoyle stable are yet again being well-backed to triumph, even at this early stage.
"Mouth-wateringly bred and already proving themselves at the highest level as juveniles, Aidan looks ready to set next year's Classics on fire with an incredible stable of stars," remarked Kate Miller, spokesperson for the bookmaker, in reference to O'Brien's two-year-olds.
The Coolmore trainer won the 2,000 Guineas this year with Henrythenavigator, but other stables took the spoils in the 1,000 Guineas, Epsom Oaks and Epsom Derby.
In September, the final Classic of the season - the St Leger Stakes - will be run at Doncaster, with O'Brien looking to win the race for the fourth time this decade.
Patkai is the current favourite, followed by Ballydoyle horse Frozen Fire, the Irish Derby winner.
