Cake Poker swells its tournament prize pool to $250,000.

Cake Poker is a little-known poker room fast gaining popularity among players due to its soft games and great 33% rakeback and bonus deals. They also run a series of tournaments and have announced that they will increase the guaranteed prize pools on all of them.
The weekly Sunday guarantees will now be $25,000 and the flagship tournament will be $100,000. In addition, the last Sunday of the month will be the host of a massive $250,000 guaranteed tournament. The first one is scheduled for August 31 at 17.00 EST.
They have also confirmed that there will be a series of Millionaire freerolls into the major Sunday tournaments, allowing players to claim the top prizes after investing absolutely none of their own money.
