Swedish gaming software provider signs deal to take Golden Derby virtual horseracing title online.

Swedish gaming software provider Net Entertainment AB has signed an agreement with games developer Solidicon AB for the use of its three-dimensional graphics technology in order to build virtual racing games.
Stockholm-based Net Entertainment provides games and systems to the online gaming industry and revealed that the first fruits of the deal on the Internet would be its Golden Derby, a virtual horseracing title featuring a realistic environment, five betting modes familiar to punters and odds ranges alongside a jackpot pool.

The technology also makes it possible to create an endless number of outcomes for game events such as virtual horseracing. In addition, it allows customers to customise the product to make it more personal such adding in-game advertisement spots.
