That is according to readers of the Southern Californian Gaming Guide, who have voted for the venue in the publication's annual awards.
Home to 750 slot machines and 18 table games, Valley View pipped Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino and Viejas Casino & Outlet Centre to the accolade. These two gambling venues were voted second and third-luckiest casinos respectively.
Theon Cross, publisher of the guide, which has a readership of 450,000 casino fans across the western state and beyond, said: "A record number of southern California casino players voted to determine the sixth annual Reader's Choice Awards for 2008."
The results reflect the choices of thousands of readers, he added.
Various other categories were judged, including Best Overall Casino and Best Promotions Offered.
Gambling enthusiasts at Valley View can also enjoy single and double-deck versions of blackjack.
