As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, leading online gaming operator William Hill has launched special Pink Ribbon Games at its online bingo site at WillHill.com in order to raise money for charity.
Throughout October, ten percent from every Pink Ribbon ticket will be donated to the Breast Cancer Care registered charity. In addition, the operator has also committed to giving $17 to the charity for every new player that registers between now and the beginning of December with the ‘Care’ promotional code and plays $35 within four weeks of registration.
William Hill stated that any funds raised would go towards supporting people who had been diagnosed with cancer along with offering assistance for their friends and families ensuring nobody faces breast cancer alone.
“It is fantastic to have William Hill on board for what I believe will be an extremely successful partnership,” said Sarah Hill, Head of Corporate Fundraising for Breast Cancer Care.
“Breast Cancer Care works very hard to make a meaningful difference to the lives of people affected by breast cancer. Our services ensure that people don’t have to face a breast cancer diagnosis alone and uninformed.
“But we still don’t reach everybody. There are many people who are struggling to come to terms with their diagnosis on their own at this very minute and that is unacceptable. That’s why we are so grateful for the support from William Hill. The crucial funds raised will help us to reach more people and to offer them the care and support they need, whenever they need it.”
“William Hill are delighted to be supporting Breast Cancer Care, especially for Breast Cancer Awareness Month when the terrific work that the charity does supporting people through a very difficult time really should be appreciated,” said Jennie Prest, Public Relations Manager for William Hill.
