American based international Internet lottery appeals to Canadians

Win2Million.com, a site offering daily draws to worldwide customers for the chance to win $2 million, is courting the Canadian public as Playsphere, Canada’s much touted new online lottery website gets ready to go live.
Win2Million.com will allows access for the millions of Canadians who are are unable to participate in the PlaySphere games, because they live outside of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador or Prince Edward Island. Win2Million.com awards prizes in all Canadian provinces except Québec.
