Kentucky Court of Appeals sides with online poker

Wednesday 21st January 2009

The ongoing legal action by the state of Kentucky and its Gov Steve Beshear took another U-turn today when the Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled in favour of the gambling community and overturned the earlier ruling which allowed the state of Kentucky to "pinch" 141 Internet gambling domain names. Those who read this site on a regular basis will know that this is a case we have covered for some time and one which literally shook the online gambling community to the core.

We will keep you abreast of future developments......
