Absolute Poker signs agreement to promote the Third WPT

Online Poker Site Promotes World Poker Tour Event

Absolute Poker has signed an agreement to promote the Third Annual Five-Star World Poker Classic allowing Absolute Poker to offer daily satellite tournaments where players have the opportunity to win the buy-in fee and travel and accommodation to the prestigious event.

The Five-Star World Poker Classic is the final World Poker Tour (WPT) event of the season, and will be held at the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas from April 4th through the 25th. With a main event buy-in of $25,500, the prize pool is estimated to exceed $8 million, with the 1st place finisher collecting a minimum $2 million prize.

”The players that win seats at Absolute Poker will not only have a chance to win the most prestigious event in the World Poker Tour, but they will be very well taken care of. We will be also be hosting a hospitality room at the Bellagio that will be open to all WPT players and their guests”, said Gian Perroni, Poker Room Manager at Absolute Poker.
