Online gaming operator Gaming Media Group has announced the launch of a new business-to-business customer relationship management (CRM) agency for its poker sites with the planned addition of casino later this year.
UK-based Gaming Media Group operates sites across poker, casino and bingo including PokerHeaven.com, CasinoJoy.com, BingoJoy.com BlackjackHeaven.com and PokerChannelEurope.com alongside its HeavenAffiliates.com online affiliate brand.
The operator announced that its new inTouch Gaming business-to-business CRM unit would offer bespoke services to a range of poker operators in order to help these maximise player yields and drive key performance indicators including conversion, rake per active player, lifetimes and reactivation.
Gaming Media Group revealed that its new inTouch Gaming unit had been developed and refined over four years and has been at the heart of the rapid growth of its sites including PokerHeaven.com, which recently announced an increase in revenues of 30 percent year-on-year for the second quarter of 2009.
'inTouch Gaming aims to fill a poorly serviced gap in the market,” said Alistair Craxton, Head for inTouch Gaming who will be presenting at September’s European iGaming Expo (EiG) 2009 in Copenhagen.
“With so many sites on various networks lacking any real CRM infrastructures or resources, many are not getting the value from their players they deserve. We can offer a proven CRM offering on a performance basis that will greatly improve the site's player values and enable them to focus on player acquisition.'
