Delivers New Monetization Model for Social Games of Chance

(www.ayogo.com), a leading developer of innovative social gaming experiences today announced the signing of a Mutual Cooperation and Development Agreement with BaddaMedia, Inc. (www.baddamedia.com), a supplier of immersive, flash-based gaming content to the legal online casino and gaming marketplace. Under the terms, Ayogo will make BaddaMedia’s gaming content available on various social networks and smartphones using Ayogo’s cross-channel social media framework, allowing both parties to monetize the rapidly growing casual gaming market. The parties will also co-develop future products tailored specifically to the social games marketplace.
BaddaMedia’s flash-based games of chance currently provide gaming enthusiasts with the richest and most entertaining experiences in the online casino space. Now it’s looking to bring the same fun and excitement to more casual players. BaddaMedia’s games are now especially developed with these new media and their transactional systems in mind.
