Online sportsbook, Betmaker.com, unveils its new look today, which attempts to encapsulate a more accurate representation of what the business stands for ‘in terms of entertainment value and professionalism in customer service’. Sean Jameson, the company’s marketing manager said that during beta testing the new design received a lot of positive reviews.
'The new look of the site is going to help us tremendously in terms of how we are viewed by potential affiliates. The new look better exemplifies our qualities: the quality of our software, our customer service, and so forth,' he says. 'There will be talk in the industry about our new site and the accompanying marketing program...good talk. With our new site, we not only have the character of a winner (which we've always had), we now have the look as well. This is very important.'
Jameson compares the company to a football team at the beginning of the season. 'This year we have all that it takes: some great star players, a great supporting team, superior management, and a good game plan. But most importantly, we've got spirit. We believe that betmaker.com can and will be the most popular and well regarded book in the industry. And when you talk to the staff, it shows. That's what's important, because it's that enthusiasm that is going to carry through over the phone, through the website, and anywhere we are in contact with the public.
