Online poker players that meet their personalised points tally by Valentine’s Day can earn Gold Chips to redeem for merchandise, entries and cash.
Monday 1st February 2010
Curacao-licensed online poker room CakePoker.com has launched a special promotion for February that is offering players the chance to quadruple their winnings for the month.
The new Gold Spree promotion will see every player at CakePoker.com assigned a personalised frequent player point goal that they must meet by Valentine’s Day in order to reap their rewards.
Players that achieve their personalised frequent player point goal by February 14 will automatically qualify for Gold Chips from CakePoker.com, which can then be redeemed for the remainder of the month for tournament entries, merchandise and cash.
However, customers that surpass their personalised frequent player point goal can receive bonuses that will allow them to double, triple or even quadruple their Gold Chips.
Players that meet their set goal by Valentine’s Day will also receive an entry into CakePoker.com’s $25,000 Kamikaze tournament freeroll, which will take place on February 17 at 8pm New York time. This blind shootout tournament will have a prize pool of $25,000 and award $5,000 to the winner but players are to have their hands forced all in with winners being declared quickly. This special tournament will award the top 200 players with a piece of the prize pool while the best ten competitors will walk away with over $1,000 in cash.
