Leading online casino and Internet poker affiliate marketing resource CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com has introduced a new members-based certification programme alongside a private complaints system.
CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com revealed that its new Community Certification programme was designed to let its community of almost 10,000 members have more input and control over its roster of affiliate programme partners.
In addition, the new complaints system will now allow affiliates to resolve problems with gambling affiliate programmes through an arbitration-type mechanism under the supervision of its administration.
“Our team has spent the past twelve months understanding what is truly lacking in our industry for affiliates and we’ve created this Community Certification and Complaint System as a way to solve a conundrum that has existed for years,” said Warren Jolly, Chief Executive Officer for CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com.
“Affiliates can now directly give recognition to the legitimate programmes in our industry as well as speak directly and privately to programmes through a third-party resolution process to resolve any problems.”
CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com stated that this was the industry’s first affiliate-driven certification process and will see its members voice their approval or dissatisfaction of programmes listed on its website. Community Certification will only be awarded to programmes that have achieved at least an 80 percent approval rating as a result of this voting while those falling short will be allowed to resubmit at a later date. Approved programmes will be rewarded with an exclusive and distinct seal to display on their sites while also being highlighted separately at CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com.
To be considered for Community Certification, programmes must have been established for at least six months and have a dedicated affiliate manager working with CasinoAffiliateProgrames.com’s community. Voting for each programme is set to span 30 days with each new month featuring a new candidate. In an effort to give each programme’s voting process due consideration, only a handful of candidates will be allowed to submit themselves for Community Certification each month.
