The company behind the soon-to-be-launched RealDealPoker.com online poker site, Gioia International Limited, is standing by its commitment to offer fair games by giving players finding any irregularities odds of 100/1.
Due to premiere next month, RealDealPoker.com will feature the automated Cut N’ Shuffle system that replaces the standard random number generator with real cards to give players the experience of being in an actual casino.
The patented Cut N’ Shuffle system includes the provision of a ‘cut function’ alongside the deployment of ‘burn cards’, something that Gioia stated is not provided by any other online poker site. In addition, RealDealPoker.com will see the implementation of Game Check, which is unique audit software that produces post-game results.
Dissatisfied players at RealDealPoker.com can request an independent third-party audit of any game for a small fee. All data including video captures of the originating deck will then be sent by Gioia’s server to an auditing agency enabling them to compare the results from a disputed contest against the deck that was understood to have been used.
Independent auditors can apply specific procedures in order to determine if the outcome for any game was accurate with players receiving their results soon after.
Gioia revealed that all players involved in any game where auditors discovered irregularities would have their money from that particular contest returned in full. In addition, the player that calls for an audit where abnormalities are found will have their account credited with 100-times the fee charged for that check.
“This is our commitment to providing a game of poker that players can trust,” said Gene Gioia, Chief Executive Officer for Gioia.
“If you want to try and prove our games are not fair, then bet me.”
