Leading poker magazine Bluff Europe has announced that the second season of its popular Poker Academy lecture series will begin this weekend at the Grosvenor Casino London Victoria.
Last year’s inaugural Poker Academy saw Bluff Europe team up with professional players including Ian Frazer, Paul Jackson, Donnacha O’Dee and Phil Laak to offer fans of poker in Dublin, Birmingham, London and Manchester tips, advise and direct supervision during live tournaments.
The new season begins on February 13 at 1pm London time offering players six hours of live tutorial sessions, lectures and hands-on analysis from Neil Channing, Hugh Kirton, Nik Persaud and Bluff Europe’s Alex ‘Pickleman’ Rousso. This will be followed by an optional £55 buy-in tournament with giveaways from Black Belt Poker including three tickets worth £141 to its London Live event next month.
Bluff Europe revealed that this weekend’s event is being capped at 30 players to make sure every participant gets enough one-on-one time with a professional tutor. Tickets are priced from £150 with more information available at BluffEurope.com/PokerAcademy.
