Since launching in October, five partners have signed up to utilise the unique poker customer retention management services from fully managed gaming solutions provider InTouch Gaming.
InTouch is the independent business-to-business arm of leading online gaming operator Gaming Media Group, the firm behind ScratchcardHeaven.com, PokerHeaven.com, CasinoJoy.com, BingoJoy.com and the Poker Channel, and offers The Player Zone, which is the only stand-alone player portal available on Boss Media's International Poker Network.
London-based InTouch stated that its services include player portal, statistical trackers, customised promotional systems and interactive educational tools with its client list now containing The London Evening Standard alongside established poker operators Poker.co.uk, PokerGalaxy.com and MrPoker.com with a new site at DesiPokerNights.com due to launch later this month.
“We have been working very hard behind the scenes in order to develop a top-class offering for businesses looking to maximise player values,” said Alistair Craxton from InTouch Gaming.
“We are delighted to be partnering with these fantastic companies and have developed individual agreements with each one enabling them to pick and choose from the various packages we offer. Our flexible approach has allowed some partners to take a fully managed solution while others are taking up one or two of our services. We are all looking forward to long and prosperous partnerships.”
