A special poll of 1,300 online poker players conducted by soon-to-launch live card site found that 63 percent had not been satisfied with services offered by others.

The company behind the soon-to-be-launched RealDealPoker.com online poker site, Gioia International Limited, has released the results of a special survey showing that a majority of players expect a fair game on a site that can be trusted. RealDealPoker.com is set to premiere next month featuring the automated Cut N’ Shuffle system, which replaces the standard random number generator with real cards to give players the experience of being in an actual casino. The patented Cut N’ Shuffle system includes the provision of a ‘cut function’ alongside the deployment of ‘burn cards’, something that Gioia stated is not provided by any other online poker site. In addition, RealDealPoker.com will see the implementation of Game Check, which is unique audit software that produces post-game results. Gioia International announced that it conducted the special survey of 1,300 online poker players in order to gain feedback. It found that 63 percent of players were not satisfied with their current online poker experience while 46 percent revealed that they elected to play at a site that has a good reputation. A further 36 percent stated that they picked a site that they can trust. “These systems were designed five years ago based on my frustrations and the doubts I had after playing online poker for more than eight years,” said Gene Gioia, Chief Executive Officer for Gioia International Limited, the operator of RealDealPoker.com, and the architect of Cut N’ Shuffle and Game Check. “I found it very curious that, after covering a span of 13 years of online poker, the experiences shared by so many players were so similar that it just makes you think what the hell is going on. “I was determined to find a better solution. It just has taken a lot longer than I had hoped. I can now say, however, we did it.
