Leading online casino UltimateBet.com has announced that it is giving away a series of VIP packages to upcoming Bellator Fighting Championship events via a run of free-to-enter virtual tournaments set to begin later this evening.
The Kahnawake-licensed domain signed an exclusive sponsorship deal with the American mixed martial arts league last month and is celebrating by holding special weekly Bellator freerolls every Thursday evening until June 24.
The winner of each free-to-play no-limit hold 'em tournament will receive two seats cage-side at a designated upcoming Bellator event during the 2010 season along with photos in the cage. There will also be official Bellator and UltimateBet.com merchandise up for grabs plus $300 in cash for travel expenses.
UltimateBet.com stated that its Bellator events are set to be geo-targeted at specific areas in order to coincide with a forthcoming mixed martial arts event due to be held in that region. For example, tonight’s freeroll competition begins from eight o’clock in the evening New York time and is exclusive to players in Florida. The winner will receive a package to attend the Bellator event at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on April 8.
A week later, players from Illinois and Indiana are being given the chance to compete from nine o’clock in the evening New York time with a package on the line to attend the Bellator event at the Chicago Theatre on April 15. Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York residents can get in on the action with the April 8 freeroll from eight o’clock in the evening local time with the winner earning two seats to the Bellator event at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, on April 22.
Online poker players in Kansas and Missouri get their chance to participate on April 15 from nine o’clock in the evening New York time with a cage-side package for the April 29 Bellator event scheduled for the Kansas City Power And Light District up for grabs.
