Betfair Forms Racehorse Syndicate
Betting exchange buys Say What You See

The world’s leading betting exchange now has its own horse. The four-year-old colt, named Say What You See, has been purchased from John Hills' yard in Lambourn and is beginning his training as a hurdler this week. Betfair has formed the Sharp Minds Syndicate made up of winners various competitions it has staged this year. Each syndicate member will have a one-eighth share of the horse, with two members yet to be decided.
Of the remaining stakes in the horse, one will be auctioned at the Betfair.com Champions Ball at Newmarket in aid of the Responsibility in Gambling Trust, and the last will the winner of a Racing Post competition held during the Betfair St Leger.
Josh Apiafi, Betfair's Director of Field Marketing, told Readabet today: 'This is hugely exciting for everyone involved, particularly those lucky enough to have a won a share in the horse. We can now only hope for a bit of success on the track!'
