Online bookmakers offer some interesting odds, as Smarty Jones rides for Triple Crown

All eyes will be on Smarty Jones at the Belmont Stakes come June 5th, as the champion colt vies to be only the second horse ever to complete the Triple Crown. Not since Affirmed in 1978 has a horse won American horseracing’s most glittering achievement. And with odds of 5/13, BetWWTS think he’ll do it.
Being BetWWTS, however, they don’t stop there; they like their ‘creative’ wagering and are laying a series of unique proposition bets around the race. For instance, you could have a bet on the margin of victory (over or under three lengths); or on what Smarty Jones' stud fee will be if the horse becomes the first Triple Crown winner in nearly three decades. (Currently the over/under line for Smarty Jones' first crop of foals is listed at $100,000 with the over being a slight favorite at 4/5 odds, while the odds that the fee will be under that amount are 20/21).
