The online poker offering from Intertops.com is hosting the year’s third and final Online Forum Challenge events next weekend with a total of $5,000 in cash up for grabs. The action gets under way on Saturday 4th December at 3.17pm New York time with a freeroll event featuring a $2,000 prize pool. Intertops.com stated that it will award another $500 to the best performing poker forum. In order to take part players must have registered by Wednesday 1 December. The Online Forum Challenge competitions are produced by Global Gaming Events and see players represent their favourite online poker forums and communities while competing for thousands of dollars in cash added by the hosting site. Intertops.com revealed that the action will continue at the same time on Sunday via the Double Your Cash Prize tournament featuring a buy-in of $5+50c. The site has committed to add $3,000 to the prize pool. In addition, players that have earned a minimum of 500 frequent player points at Intertops.com within 30 days of buying in to this tournament will have any cash prizes they win doubled and deposited into their accounts within 48 hours. “Not only does our next buy-in tournament have $3,000 cash added to it, players also have the opportunity to have their prize doubled thanks to Intertops.com,” said Jason Rosenberg from Global Gaming Events. “This is an amazing opportunity to build a huge bankroll off of a five-dollar tournament.”
