Joint licensing deal for Cantor Gaming

Agreement with Shuffle Master will see games including Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’Em, Mississippi Stud and Crazy 4 Poker made available to mobile players.

Friday 29th July 2011

Cantor Gaming, an affiliate of global financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald, has entered into a joint licensing agreement with automatic card shuffler and proprietary table games supplier Shuffle Master Incorporated. The deal will see Cantor Gaming license titles from Shuffle Master’s suite of proprietary games including Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’Em, Mississippi Stud, Crazy 4 Poker and Let It Ride for its mobile platform. “Cantor Gaming takes pride in continuously introducing innovative and exciting gaming products and services to the marketplace,” said Lee Amaitis, President and Chief Executive Officer for Cantor Gaming. “By joining with Shuffle Master, we’re offering an even wider portfolio of casino games and state-of-the-art technology, enhancing the mobile gaming experience for customers in today’s on-demand and multi-tasking world.” In turn, Shuffle Master will be able to utlise the Las Vegas-based firm’s technology for odds-wagering calculation with Cantor Gaming continuing to offer casino operators slot, video poker and table games as well as proprietary titles such as its XtraOdds blackjack and baccarat. “We are very pleased to offer our strong brands to Cantor Gaming’s mobile gaming platform,” said Gavin Isaacs, Chief Executive Officer for Shuffle Master. “We believe this aligns perfectly with our strategy to leverage our intellectual property across as many channels as possible. Online and mobile networks are certainly a major part of that effort.”
