WagerLogic selects Maxymiser

Gaming software and services provider WagerLogic Limited has signed a deal with global multivariate testing, personalisation and optimisation solutions firm Maxymiser in order to optimise the experience of its online customers. Cyprus-based WagerLogic is a subsidiary of online casino games developer CryptoLogic Limited, which is currently in the process of being purchased by Canadian server and network-based gaming specialist Amaya Gaming Group, and stated that the agreement will see Maxymiser develop, design and implement a strategic testing programme across critical pages of its and brands ‘to increase registrations and deposits’. “Maxymiser clearly offers the best testing solution on the market and we are confident its approach will give us the insights that we need to optimise our sites for all visitors and international audiences,” said Nicky Getley, Head of Acquisition for WagerLogic. “Testing is not a one-time fix but an evolutionary process and Maxymiser is the right long-term partner to ensure WagerLogic can optimise all its online assets.” WagerLogic revealed that it will initially use Maxymiser’s MaxTest to serve multiple variants of content and format simultaneously to website visitors while monitoring and measuring the impact on conversion rates and revenue. It may then decide to utilise the firm’s MaxSegment innovation to personalise the online experience using segmentation, which see the impact of displaying different content to new customers registering for the first time measured in contrast to those returning to deposit more funds. “There is no place for guess work when it comes to deciding the best design, content and layout combinations to drive conversions on a website,” said Wayne Morris, UK General Manager for Maxymiser, which has offices in the United States, Great Britain, the Ukraine and Germany. “In such a competitive online landscape, operators like WagerLogic understand that sophisticated testing and personalisation are critical to providing in-depth insights that inform a long-term and strategic roadmap for website optimisation.”
