Zone4Play has entered into a long term agreement with Two Way TV Australia Limited

Zone4Play, Inc. has entered into a long term agreement with Two Way TV Australia Limited, a leading provider of live, competitive, enhanced TV entertainment and interactive TV applications and technology to the Australian market, under which it is acquiring exclusive rights to distribute Zone4Play's advanced SMS-TV solution, iTV solutions and mobile gaming and gambling products in Australia, New Zealand and 26 Asian territories.
Under the terms of the five-year agreement, Two Way TV Australia (TWTVA) will pay $1.75M to become the exclusive distributor of both Zone4Play play for real and play for fun gambling solutions in the mammoth Asian and Pacific markets. The fee is recoupable from significant revenue shares payable to Zone4Play from any deal that is signed in these territories.
The deal cements Zone4Play's leadership position as a driving force in the industry, and leading provider of highly advanced multi-platform solutions for enabling mass participation gaming across television and mobile phones.
The live gambling products including Texas Hold'em poker, blackjack, roulette, lotteries, sports betting and racing packages will be offered to license gaming operators wherever regulations permit. Zone4Play's gaming products have been selected by the largest licensed gaming operators in the UK and Europe.
