Stan James launch SonicArt Betting News Feature

Gibraltar-based bookmakers Stan James have launched a new audio visual information feature

Active from 22 July, the feature has been developed by the Dublin-based media production company, SonicArt. The feature delivers a 90 second daily presentation to the Stan James website, advising users of the offers, markets and features available at the sportsbook and across the company’s growing casino, poker and gamesroom channels.

“It’s a very digestible way for a company to get information across to their consumers,” says SonicArt director Neil Walsh. “The majority of websites have only textual content in place to inform their customers, but now thanks to improvements in compression and streaming, a site user can sit back and get up to speed with audio visual presentations full of calls to action and corporate branding. We believe that the feature adds to the personality of the website and the Stan James brand.”

The ground breaking streaming content includes a voiceover, background music and animated text. Crucially it is accessible on dial up connections as well as broadband, which Stan James Director Peter Fisher sees as a major positive. “We’ve worked on a few projects with SonicArt now and they understand our needs very clearly,” he says.

Fisher continued:“Although many of our customers now have high speed connections we want to make sure that everybody gets the best possible experience from our site. This new Daily Betting News Update is very innovative and I expect it to be well received by Stan James customers.”
