Ruth Parasol, who owns 32% of leading online gambling business, Party Gaming, with her husband, J. Russell DeLeon, has been listed at #164, amongst Forbes 400 richest people. The 38 year old lawyer’s net worth came in at a massive $1.8 billion, which she has made first through her father’s phone sex business, then moving onto Internet porn sites before changing to online gambling with Starluck Casino in 1997.

A mother of two, Parasol lives in Gibraltar and studied for a Bachelor of Arts / Science at the University of San Francisco and at the Western State University College of Law for her Doctor of Jurisprudence.
