Full Tilt Poker’s top players star in new edgy TV commercials

Many people believe that you have to be a great actor to succeed in the world of poker and now several of the game’s hottest pros are showing off the full range of their theatric repertoires in a series of four new commercials for online poker service, Full Tilt Poker.

Professional players and “Team Full Tilt” members Chris Ferguson, Phil Ivey and Jennifer Harman all star in the advertisements, which have been shot entirely in black and white.

The Chairman and Creative Director of WONGDOODY, the advertising agency who produced the commercials on behalf of Full Tilt Poker, Tracy Wong said, “We want people to know that they can go onto the site and really build a rapport with these poker champions. Creatively, we added a layer of sophistication and subtle humour that you don’t see in most of the poker ads currently out there.”

The commercials are set inside a house ¬built in the shape of the four card suits where the pros and everyday poker fans play, exchange tips and have some old-fashioned casual fun. The commercials enlist the considerable acting talents of Full Tilt Poker’s exclusive Team Full Tilt, whose members include championship players Phil Ivey and Howard Lederer.
