The inaugural National Poker League kicks off at the revamped venue on June 2, with INHD network due to air proceedings. This means you can get a good feel for the venue without having to lay down vast sums of cash in games that you’re unlikely to win. The NPL event will consist of 10 small buy-in events, leading to semi finals and a final table where the last man standing will take home $100,000. It is hoped that it will attract a younger poker audience (that is those who can’t fund a trip to the WSOP) and bring some new talent to the attention of America’s poker loving public.
