BETonSPORTS plc has announced the appointment of two directors. Richard Creed becomes Finance Director with Scott Waller taking over as Technology Director.
Creed joined the Board of BETonSPORTS plc in April 2005 as Commercial Director, with specific responsibility for assessing new business and expansion opportunities. Since December 2005, he has served as acting Finance Director. His role will encompass both the financial and mergers and acquisitions functions.
David Carruthers, Chief Executive of BETonSPORTS plc said, “Richard’s contribution has been very positive over the last year. His proven expertise has shown him to be the natural choice as Finance Director and I am sure Richard will continue to add impetus to both our financial systems and reporting as well as acquisitions and our enhanced team performance.”
Scott Waller, 46, joined BETonSPORTS in July 2005 as the Chief Technology Officer for the Group and comes with extensive experience in gaming software.
“In the short time he has been with the company Scott has driven the evaluation and implementation of new software solutions for both our Casino and Poker products,” said David Carruthers. “Both are showing markedly improved performance as is the technology function across the organisation.”
