Monday 15th May 2006
The Global Interactive Gaming Summit and Expo (GIGSE) will see the launch of new software from Rival Gaming.
Rival will showcase its new slot development, i-Slots, at the event, held between May 16-18, at Montreal’s Palais des Congrès.
i-Slots is an updated representation of classic slot games with interactive features such as animated video clips, bonus interactive mini-games and evolving storylines that unfold over the course of the game.
Scott Giesbrecht, Managing Director at Rival Gaming, said, “Many software developers have been claiming that their games are interactive. But when we looked at slots, we saw that we had a real opportunity to offer players something that was far more captivating- and more fun- than anything they’d ever seen.”
In addition to i-Slots, Rival will also be demonstrating two other innovations - new Mac software and the availability of casino reports via Blackberrys and PDAs.
