WorldSpreads international rollout continues with Spanish JV
Irish and UK spread trading group announces Spanish operations

(May 24, 2006) DUBLIN, IRELAND, LONDON, UK….WorldSpreads Group, the Irish and UK based spread trading group, has today announced that it has commenced locally regulated operations in Spain. This is part of an aggressive medium term strategy to introduce financial spread trading and contracts for differences to a wider audience of market investors, and follows launches earlier this month of operations in Greece and Hungary.
The Spanish language version of www.WorldSpreads.com was released on Monday 22nd May to support the new initiative.
The Spanish operations are being undertaken through a venture with MG Valores, one of the most respected Private Banks in Spain catering to a distinguished list of local and international companies and high net worth individuals. MGV’s profitability and growth ratios are amongst the highest in the Spanish fund management sector.
The joint venture was granted the full appropriate regulatory authorisation from both the FSA and the Spanish regulatory body, Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, in April of this year.
