Smart-Stitch - the driving force behind Gextech's Fantastic League – is to be demonstrated at GIGSE in Montreal, Canada on May 16-18.
The interactive gaming content provider will highlight the inner workings of its new virtual fixed odds football betting game for multiple platforms including interactive TV, internet, mobile and terminal delivery.
The game has already been signed up by British satellite channel, SkyBet and the Smart-Stitch technology underpins the whole concept of Fantastic League. The Random Number Generator determines all event outcomes based on fixed odds as Smart-Stitch kicks in to reverse engineer and makes sure that no two games will ever be the same. Smart-Stitch creates a script to arrive at set outcomes (e.g. goal, foul, penalty, miss, dismissal, offside, throw-in, corner kick, etc.) at given times and randomly generates video rendering for eatch game scenario.
Gextech chairman, Mark Campbell, said, “Our unique Smart-Stitch technology, the pivotal piece of software linking RNG and animated sequences that constitute game play, is not only the fundamental driver behind the success of the football-themed program, but also provides unlimited scope for Fantastic League to breed a whole host of virtual team sports, races and competitions.”
