After a successful first season which ended when EgonOlson won his way to the WSOP Main Event, the organisers of the Blogger Poker Tour (BPT) have announced that their Season Two competitions will up the ante by giving away two trips to Melbourne, Australia for the Crown Casino Aussie Millions poker championship in January 2007.
The BPT champion will win a trip to play in the Aussie Millions main event as a member of the Poker.com family and the blogger judged as providing the best coverage of the BPT season will be flown to Australia to provide live blog-style coverage of the Aussie Millions main event.
Assorted other prizes for the top 20 blogging poker players will also be offered, taking the total prize pool to over $30,000. These will include custom BPT poker tables, Poker.com iPod Nanos, Poker.com chip sets and entries into other satellite tournaments.
