Everest Poker Announces $100,000 Guaranteed Tournament

The site is encouraging play with three ways to buy-in

Friday 29th December 2006

Everest Poker has announced a $100,000 guaranteed no-limit Hold’em poker tourney to be held on January 27, 2007 at 14:00 GMT. As with all guaranteed tournaments held at the online poker room, this $100,000 tournament features a prize pool that is assured by Everest Poker to be paid out to the winners.

'The response to earlier guaranteed tournaments has been fantastic and we're giving all of our players a chance to enter this one.' said Jonathan May, Everest Poker property manager. 'We're going to offer three ways to buy in.'

Interested online poker players can buy in directly with $100 plus $9 or one Everest Poker Gold Token plus $9.

The poker room is also allowing players to get into the action without spending any cash. 'For our devoted players, we wanted to offer them a really nice reward, and they're getting the chance to buy into this tournament with their Summit Points,' May added. '25,000 plus 2,250 Summit Points allows interested players to buy in with no direct cost to them.'

More info on the tournament is available at Everest Poker’s website. Additionally, the company recently launched RSS and XML feeds which provide regularly updated tourney details to subscribers.
