Chanpoker.com, a new online poker venture affiliated with poker legend and three times world champion Johnny Chan, has signed with Ongame Network.
Launched on 30 March, players can greet, meet and face one of poker's most celebrated superstars represented by a specially customised avatar.
'It's a great honour for us to have been chosen by Johnny Chan and the team behind Chanpoker.com, and we loved the idea of creating an avatar exclusively for Mr Chan,' said Martin Lerby, head of the Ongame Network.
'We look forward to seeing him play on chanpoker.com and fulfilling many poker players' dreams of being able to play against him, and possibly even beat him.'
Additionally, players will be able to take lessons and tutoring from Chan at the site’s poker school. Other attractions at the new site include special live tournaments, freerolls and opportunities to meet the legend himself face-to-face.
