Microgaming Release Five New Games

New progressives and poker games to complement Microgaming’s impressive Viper package

Thursday 29th April 2004

Microgaming has announced the launch of five new additions to its state of the art Viper software platform. Now visitors to Viper powered casinos can enjoy 5-reel versions of progressive jackpot favourites, Cash Splash and Major Millions, as well as two brand new five-reel, nine-payline, video slots. Also on offer is a Jacks or Better addition to the popular x10 Power Poker series.

Microgaming describe the Cash Splash Video Progressive as a ‘trendy companion’ to the pioneering original Cash Splash; but the new game, along with vibrant graphics and high speed action, will be a five-reel, nine-line gaming experience with a wild multiplier and scatter symbol that can double the jackpot.

Likewise, the millionaire-making Major Millions progressive is now available in an exciting new 5-reel version that offers players fifteen paylines for a maximum bet of $3. Both the 3-reel and new 5-reel versions are linked to the same progressive jackpot through the Jackpot Madness network, giving players more and more chances to strike it lucky.

Additionally, gamers can experience two completely 5-reel, 9 payline video colourfully themed slots: Skull Duggery – an ‘amusing, high-spirited pirate treasure game’ and Vinyl Countdown – ‘bright and breezy’ retro rock n’ roll style game.

And lastly, it’s ‘ten times the fun...and ten times the reward’ for video poker fans on a brand new Jacks or Better game just added to the x10 Power Poker gambling suite. Gamblers can now play ten hands at once, with a different 52-card pack for each hand. A one-cent to two-dollar stake could net you up to US$80,000.
