Pitt and Clooney in strip poker shocker

Friday 25th May 2007

Although Brad Pitt and George Clooney play part of a gang that loots casinos in new film Ocean's Thirteen, they may have been playing a bit too hard as a game of poker had Clooney running round a hotel naked.

While the stars have been in Cannes to promote their new film, late nights in their hotel have been spent playing poker, with outrageous forfeits for the loser of each hand, according to the Daily Star.

"George was the one who suggested a skinny dip…It ended up rebounding on him when he lost and had to strip off," a spectator to the shenanigans told the newspaper. "He did a striptease as he ran though the gardens. It was like something from one of their films as the setting was so breathtaking."

The actors' antics may have been more than a little alcohol-fuelled, as at the afterparty of the premiere Clooney was spotted helping himself to cocktails at the bar, much to the bemusement of bar staff, the Daily Mail reports.

"At what point does anyone think anyone of us needs more publicity?" Clooney had said when questioned in an earlier interview about his charity promotion. Er, not you George, I think we've seen it all now.
