Online Casino Provider Reshuffles Pack

Playtech signs deal with Guardian Gaming and Shuffle Master

Playtech, a global developer and licensor of software for the online gaming industry, has announced that it has entered into an intellectual property sublicense agreement with Malta-based Guardian Gaming Limited (GG) and Shuffle Master Games.

GG has the exclusive manages the rights to sublicense selected Shuffle Master games over the Internet. The deal will give Playtech’s software subscribers access to a range of games including Shuffle Master’s popular portfolio of casino games; Three Card Poker, Dragon Bonus, Let it Ride, Fortune Pai Gow Poker, Casino War, and Ultimate Texas Hold‘em.

Mor Weizer, Chief Executive Officer of Playtech, said, ‘We are delighted to have reached this agreement which places Playtech in the unique position of being the online gaming software provider for the Shuffle Master online casino, holding the sublicense rights to certain Shuffle Master games for our operator licensees. The agreement reflects the quality of Playtech’s software platforms and the strength of our global licensing portfolio.’
