Intercasino reflects on ten years in an ever changing industry

The award winning online casino Intercasino.com is celebrating ten years in the online gaming business, as it establishes itself amongst the veterans of the industry.
Intercasino.com began life in 1996 as one of the first casino ventures on the Internet aiming to bring the Las Vegas experience to the home computer. Since then the popularity of online gaming has developed at such a rate that until the impact of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act took effect, the online gaming business was a comfortable billion dollar enterprise.
Along the way Intercasino has been decorated with many honours and accolades that cement its status among the industry leaders. Online Gambling magazine voted Intercasino best online casino five years in a row from 2001 to 2005, and its online slots offering was also recognised this year courtesy of Strictly Slots.
Keeping pace with change, Intercasino has expanded its brand worldwide with an online presence in countries such as Spain, Germany, England and France with plans afoot to explore additional markets in Chile, Mexico and Sweden.
Intercasino is listed on the London Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and has paid out more than $3 billion in customer winnings to date.
