CelebPoker Seeks Eight Players for EPT Events

Team CelebPoker will enjoy sponsorship at events in 2007 and 2008

CelebPoker is searching for eight star poker players to compete, with full sponsorship, at European Poker Tour events in 2007 and 2008.

To qualify for Team CelebPoker, players must place fourth or better in the Team CelebPoker Freeroll tournament held between 1June and 16 September 2007. First and second place winners will win a place in Team A, whilst third and fourth places will qualify for Team B.

“The Team CelebPoker Freeroll poker tournaments will consist of daily and weekly qualifiers, which will dictate the players that make it into the final,” explained a spokesman. “All players need to play 20 raked hands within 24 hours in order to register for the daily qualifier.”

In addition, players who achieve fourth place or better in three Team CelebPoker multitable tournaments held between 1 and 14 September will also qualify. “The top 20 players who have generated the highest rake in one single month, based on the months June, July and August, will get a seat in this MTT competition,” added the spokesman.

The top three players based on the overall results of the three MTT tournaments will get a place in Team A. The fourth place player will receive entry to Team B.
