Sky Poker to Hold its Biggest Tourney to Date Tomorrow

The tournament will be broadcast on Sky Channel 846

Thursday 31st May 2007

Sky Poker will hold its biggest ever tournament at 21:00 on 1 June 2007 – the Grand Primo £50K Guaranteed Multitable Tournament.

Highlights of the 500-player tournament along with coverage of the final table will be shown on Sky Channel 846. Players can play either online or on TV at Sky Channel 846 using the remote’s red button function.

To qualify for a place in the final, players can win a seat from as little as £1.35 by playing through daily satellites into the daily semi-final, or they can choose to hand over the full buy-in of £100 + £10.

“Whether you fancy yourself as a poker expert, are keen to pick up tips or simply enjoy watching celebrity guests and poker pros in action, it’s all at Sky Poker” said Emma Crowe, head of poker at Sky Poker. “The £50k Grand Primo final on 1 June promises compelling and entertaining poker at its finest.”
