WPT Enterprises to join CryptoLogic gaming network as worldpokertour.com

The CryptoLogic gaming network has added another big name to its family with Worldpokertour.com. The Internet gambling software company is particularly attractive to WPT enterprises because its excellence in regulatory and compliance standards.
The two companies have entered into a three-year contract, and will now launch their online gaming site for the international market in June 2007. WPTE already has a strong brand and a lot of land-based and pro-tournament publicity, and its site is expected to be a success.

In line with its relocation in Dublin, CryptoLogic will de-list shares from the Toronto and other stock Exchanges and re-list as Guernsey incorporated CryptoLogic Ltd in June.
