VANCOUVER, BC, August 20, 2007 --- ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. (TSX:ESY) announced today that PlayLine Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ESI, has launched BetonBattles.com, a revolutionary Internet skill gaming site.
BetonBattles.com is an Internet skill gaming site, where elements of chance have been removed, that is targeted to the 18 to 30 year old market segment. PlayLine’s approach is to merge the current skill gaming legal framework with high quality and visually stimulating skill games, along with the ability to win significant cash prizes.
BetonBattles.com is launching with CasinoBoB, a multiplayer first person shooter game modeled on a virtual casino environment where players compete head-to-head using an array of weapons including toothpick guns, olive launchers, dice bombs, and poker chip shooters.
