Absolute Poker releases Version 8.0 to ‘unlevel’ playing field

One of the world’s largest online poker rooms, Absolute Poker, has announced a major update to its software by releasing Version 8.0, which adds a range of new customising features to its games.
David Clainer, Senior Vice-President for Absolute Poker, said that the upgrade was in response to player demands for specific facilities and the result of months of coding and design enhancements. He stated that the new software would ‘officially unlevel the online poker playing field’.
He said that the latest update includes sharp new graphics, three table views to choose from, faster card dealing and new poker room menus and displays. In addition, Version 8.0 will feature resizable tables, one-click table arrangement and alignment, additional mouse functionalities and make it easier for players to take part in games at more than one table at the same time.
Absolute Poker said that current players would receive the update through its automatic update program the next time they launch the game while new players can download the software by visiting absolutepoker.com.
