Rumours abound that Ladbrokes is one of two remaining bids for Canada’s Parlay Entertainment.

Speculation is persisting on the fate of Canadian bingo software developer Parlay Entertainment following the withdrawal of a $12.6 million offer by PEIC Acquisitions last week.
Ontario-based Parlay indicated earlier that it was considering two other offers but declined to reveal the identities behind either. Current speculation is that UK gambling group Ladbrokes is one of the firms involved as it has been in talks with the Canadians according to numerous newspaper reports.
Ladbrokes has been linked to other deals that did not materialise including one with 888.com and rumours persist that the British company may be hesitant to become involved due to Parlay's US business activities.
