Cheadle confirmed for UHI Celebrity Poker Tournament

Hollywood star Don Cheadle will compete at the Urban Health Institute (UHI) Celebrity Poker Tournament next weekend.
The Golden Globe winner and Oscar nominee will attend the Playboy Mansion on May 17th in an attempt to win a $10,000 World Series of Poker main event seat at the Rio casino-resort in Las Vegas.
It is the third time the event has been held and Cheadle will be hoping to do better than he did last year, where he lost out to a final table won by Shannon Elizabeth.
The Hotel Rwanda star's participation will not surprise many poker followers as he is one of the most prominent celebrity players on the circuit.
He has been a regular at big events such as the National Heads-Up Poker Championship and has also shown himself to be a supporter of good causes, being one of the main forces behind the Ante Up for Africa charity poker tournament.
Top poker professional Jamie Gold will co-host the evening with Khloe Kardashian.
